We manually collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order on tmacskitchen.com and its related pages (together the “Site”). When registering on the Site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, zip code, and a password specific to the Site. When ordering on the Site, you may be additionally asked to enter your credit card and billing information, though neither will be stored by T-Mac's Kitchen. We also automatically store IP addresses.

Childrens’ online privacy protection

The use of the T-Mac's Kitchen Site and Services is only for persons age 18 or older. T-Mac's Kitchen does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 18. If T-Mac's Kitchen learns that a person under the age of 18 has provided information, T-Mac's Kitchen will delete the account and record.

Transfer of website ownership

In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or sale of the ownership interests in T-Mac's Kitchen, T-Mac's Kitchen may sell, share or transfer some or all of its assets, including Users’ account information, to new owners.
