COVID Policy

T-Mac's Kitchen is responding to the COVID Pandemic and taking all steps to stay open and operational. First and foremost, the health and safety of our customers is our top priority as we continue to follow all CDC guidelines as it pertains to handling food, and getting food safely to our customers. 


We have established the following policies and procedures which will be subject to ongoing review and modification as per the requirements of local, state and federal public health officials, our insurance carriers, legal team, and executive management.

Food Safety:

Food safety is always our primary priority! T-Mac's Kitchen strictly utilizes our own staff for all touchpoints with your food. As per the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) statement "currently there is no evidence to support the transmission of COVID-19 through food".


Cleaning & Sanitizing:

All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized before and after the preparation of your food. With ongoing sanitizing practices being repeated during actual preparation.


Health & Safety:

All T-Mac's Kitchen staff will be required to frequent hand washing and glove changes. As well as the use of masks that cover both the mouth and nose. Any staff member that feels ill or has been in any contact with the virus will notify us immediately and we'll take the proper steps as it pertains to daily orders and catered events.


Additional Terms:

Customers are solely responsible for full knowledge and compliance with any and all local, state, or federal public health guidelines, mandates, or laws surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. T-Mac's Kitchen will not be held liable for compliance rule changes, your unwillingness to fully comply with orders, or inflexibility to modify a catered event to comply with such governance.

Additional $15 delivery fees will be applied to delivery orders.


Please arrive promptly at the preselected pick up time. There is a 15 MINUTE grace period before pick up orders are canceled.


Pick Up Location - Please call/text 312-584-3010 with your name or order number when you have arrived.

Catering: Please fill out the Catering Request Form entirely. Allow up to 24 hours for a response.


Personal Chef: Please fill out the Personal Chef Form entirely. Allow up to 24 hours for a response.


For catering or personal chef services requested within a 24 hour period of inquiry, additional fees may apply.


Personalized Meals On Demand: If you would like to personalize your weekly Meals On Demand, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.


Weekly Chef’s Choice Meals On Demand Services are offered on a first come, first served basis.


For personalized Meals On Demand requests with less than 48 hour notice, additional fees may apply.

Please be sure to advise of any allergies or other food restrictions. All meals are prepared fresh with high quality ingredients.


Please inquire about or advise of any specific dietary restrictions such as: KETO, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Vegan, Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Portion Control, etc.


Infused options available upon request. Additional fees will apply.

Personal Chef & Catering Services must be canceled at least 48 HOURS in advance.


For cancellations less than 48 HOURS, clients will be charged the remaining balance.


Personalized Meals On Demand Services must be canceled 24 HOURS in advance.


For same day cancellations, refunds are prohibited.

ALL services require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in order to secure services for your specified event date.


The remaining balance for Personal Chef & Catering services is required 48 HOURS prior to the date of service.


Personalized Meals On Demand Services require full payment 48 HOURS prior to pick up or delivery.


Soul Food Sunday Meals On Demand orders must be placed by Thursday at 11:59 PM, CST(Central Standard Time) and payment must be paid in full at the time your order is placed.


Accepted Payment Methods Include: PayPal, Zelle, Cash (for remaining balances only)

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I arrive early to pick up my order?

If you arrive early, please send a text or call 312-584-3010 to let us know that you have arrived. If your order has already been packaged, you are permitted to pick up early.


However, meals are made fresh and intended to be received at the allotted time, therefore, if your order is not prepared early, please patiently wait until your scheduled pick up time to receive your order.

What if I am going to arrive after the 15 minute grace period for my Meals On Demand pick up time?

If for some reason you cannot arrive on time or within the 15 minute grace period, please contact 312-584-3010 in an effort to make new arrangements.


Meals On Demand are in high demand and your order will become available for other clients to purchase if you do not contact us within your 15 minute grace period.

What is the difference between the T-Mac Personal Chef Experience and Catering?

With the T-Mac Personal Chef Experience, as long as there’s a kitchen at your location, Chef T-Mac creates an in-home fine dining experience in real time.


With Full Service or Limited Service Catering, each dish is prepared ahead of time.

What are Infused options?

Pastas (i.e mac & cheese, alfredo with your choice of protein), Wings (i.e Honey BBQ, Buffalo), Dips (i.e Guacamole, Nacho Cheese), Desserts (i.e Ice Cream Brownie sundae, Ice Cream), Pastries (i.e Lemon Bars, Cookies, Brookies), Drinks (Lemonade, Grape, Tropical Punch), Butter, Oil, Honey, Tincture. Current menu and full menu available upon request.

Can I pay the remaining balance in cash?

Yes. However, all deposits must be made electronically via PayPal or Zelle.

Yes. Be sure to be specific in your goals and don’t forget to mention any allergies or other food restrictions so that we can ensure you meet your goals without losing out on flavor and still maintaining a healthy relationship with food.
